The following conditions apply.
Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic delivery (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €4.90 per order.
From an order value of 50.00 € we deliver free of charge.
Delivery abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €15.00 per order.
Delivery times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in
Domestic (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract
(if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment,
unless we have made any other agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case
according to the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Purchase on account for business customers
When purchasing on account, you will receive an invoice from us and then pay the amount by bank transfer. After receiving the goods you have 14 days until the payment deadline. You will receive the invoice upon shipment and in PDF format by email. There you will also find information about our bank details.
TRANSFERS/PAYMENTS TO: Please always provide your invoice number when making the transfer so that we can allocate your transfer quickly and easily.
Note: We generally require creditworthiness for an order on account. We generally only offer purchase on account up to a maximum order value of €500 in order to protect ourselves against non-payment. We also cannot offer this payment method if you want a different delivery address and no billing address when placing your first order in the Bernstein online shop. Not even if you want to order as a “guest” without creating a Bernstein account or if your billing address is outside Germany.
