Vouchers can be redeemed in our Online Shop.
Redeeming your voucher at https://shop.bernstein-werkzeuge.de takes place in four simple steps:
- Simply go to https://shop.bernstein-werkzeuge.de and start your product search.
- Add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you can create your member account or continue without logging in.
- On the order overview, you will find the “Voucher Code” field where you can enter your very personal voucher code.
- You will then find the updated purchase price (minus the gift voucher value) in the overview.
Redemption conditions:
Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to redeem a promotional voucher and a gift voucher together.

Promotional vouchers/vouchers from newsletters
Conditions for redeeming promotional vouchers at shop.bernstein-werkzeuge.de can be found below. Unless otherwise stated, the conditions described here apply to our promotional vouchers.
- Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.
- Only one promotional voucher is valid per customer and purchase.
- A combination with other vouchers is not possible (e.g. with a gift voucher).
- A cash payment of the promotional voucher is not possible.
- The resale of promotional vouchers is not permitted.
- The validity of the promotional voucher depends on the date recorded on the promotional voucher. After that, the promotional voucher can no longer be redeemed.
- The minimum order value required for the voucher to be redeemed must be reached in order to calculate the promotional voucher value. If this is not adhered to, the promotional voucher cannot be redeemed. The minimum order value can always be viewed directly on the promotional vouchers and is clearly shown there. If there is no minimum order value, this is also expressly shown on the promotional vouchers. The minimum order value, which is mentioned here in connection with the voucher, only applies to the redemption of the vouchers and is not related to our free shipping.
- If the right of return is used, only the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a replacement of the promotional voucher. In addition, the promotional voucher loses its validity and therefore the buyer is not entitled to the voucher value as soon as the purchase price is corrected to a value that is below the minimum order value (to activate the voucher) by exercising the right of withdrawal.
- Bernstein is not liable in the event of loss, theft, damage or misuse of a promotional voucher.
