Wrist grounding, as a safe method to derive electrostatic charge from people, consists of an adjustable wrist strap with woven silver-plated plastic fibers (close skin contact necessary) and a spiral cable, which connects the wristband with the earthing point via press buttons, electrically dissipative. The coiled cable has a safety resistance of 1 MOhm on each connection side and is approved for workplaces with a rated voltage up to 250 VAC.

The products meet the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1. Mat specifications: abrasion (load 5 N) 130 mm³, hardness 78 Shore A, indentation test 0.1 mm, light reflectance 19-29 %, application temperature up to +60 °C. Adjustable elastic wristband with woven-in silver-plated synthetic fibres, for wrist grounding according to BGFE. Store the wristband in a dry place only, so that the insulation is retained. Washing instructions for the wristband: standard machine wash up to 30 °C with colour and mild detergent, dry gently at low temperature, do not bleach. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline solvents. The ESD function is retained for approx. 30 washes.
