An SMD vacuum pipette (vacuum tool) enables easy and direct placement of components. Especially those that are very small and difficult to grasp with bare hands. In electronics manufacturing, the pipette is often used to facilitate the assembly process and improve accuracy. This is particularly important when assembling printed circuit boards, where tiny components such as resistors, capacitors or ICs have to be placed precisely.

The SMD vacuum pipette consists of a thin, hollow tube that has a tip at one end that is placed on the component. The vacuum is created by gently pressing the black button with your thumb. The component can be sucked in and then placed precisely. The conductive suction cups prevent electrostatic charging during the pick-and-place process.
